What sizes of boxes are available?
We offer two box sizes:
- 6kg Box for 35 EUR
- 9kg Box for 45 EUR
How long does it take to get my clothes back?
We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround. Once your clothes are collected, they will be professionally ironed and returned to you within one day.
Do you service areas outside Longford?
Currently, we’re focusing on Longford and surrounding areas, but we plan to expand our services in the future. Feel free to contact us to check if we can serve your location.
How do I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule a pickup easily by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We’re always happy to assist with any booking!
How does the service work?
Simply choose a box size, fill it with your clean clothes, and contact us for a pickup. We’ll expertly iron your clothes and return them to you within 24 hours. You can also request to have your clothes hung for an additional charge.
Can you hang my clothes instead of folding them?
Yes! Customer should provide their own hangers at the time of pick up.
However, we can provide hangers for additional charge 0.5 EUR per hanger
Is there a minimum amount of clothes I need to send?
There is no minimum requirement! Whether you have a small load or a larger one, we’re happy to help with any size of order.
How can I pay for the service?
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer upon delivery.
